Top up your wallet and share your payment link on WhatsApp
These commands require the WhatsApp number you message us from to be registered and linked to your Raghdan account. The bot's commands are mostly in Arabic; the English words the bot also understands are noted below.
The "محفظتي" (wallet) command
Send "محفظتي" (also "محفظة", "المحفظة", "رصيدي", "رصيد", or in English "wallet" or "balance") to receive a message with:
- Your current balance, formatted as on the website, e.g. 8,057 or 1,234.5 (halalas appear only when there are some).
- Your last 5 transactions, each with its name and status exactly as your website wallet shows them, e.g. "إيداع — مكتمل" (deposit — completed), "سحب — مرفوض" (withdrawal — rejected), "إيداع عبر رابط الدفع — مكتمل" (deposit via payment link — completed). If no status was recorded for a transaction, none is shown.
- Your payment link — your wallet's permanent link (see below).
- The steps to top up via WhatsApp.
Topping up your wallet on WhatsApp
- 1Send "شحن 100" or "شحن 200" (or in English "charge 100") with the amount you want.
- 2You receive a payment link for exactly that amount.
- 3Open the link and complete the payment.
- 4Once the payment is confirmed, the amount is added to your wallet automatically and you receive a confirmation on WhatsApp.
You can also send just "شحن" (or "charge"), and the bot will ask you for the amount in your next message.
Writing the amount:
- Western, Arabic and Persian digits are all accepted: "شحن 100", "شحن ١٠٠" and "شحن ۱۰۰".
- A thousands separator ("شحن 1,500") and up to two decimals ("شحن 100.5") are accepted; the link is created for that exact amount.
- WhatsApp top-up limits: 10 to 50,000 SAR.
Top-up link vs. your payment link
| Top-up link from "شحن" | Your payment link | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A payment gateway (Tap) link for one payment | A permanent link on the Raghdan website |
| Amount | Fixed — the amount you set in the command | Chosen by the client when paying |
| For whom | You, to top up your own wallet | Your clients, to pay into your wallet |
| Reusable? | One payment only | Any number of separate payments |
| Limits | 10 to 50,000 SAR | 10 to 10,000 SAR per payment |
Don't share a top-up link for a specific payment with clients — share your payment link instead.
Getting and sharing your payment link
- 1Send "محفظتي" (or "wallet").
- 2In the reply, find the "رابط الدفع الخاص بك" (your payment link) section with the link under it.
- 3Long-press the link to copy it, then send it to your client.
- 4The client opens it, sees your display name as the beneficiary, chooses the amount and pays; it is added to your Raghdan wallet once the payment is confirmed.
It is the same link shown in your wallet on the website, and it does not change from one message to the next.
Limits per path
- Top-up via WhatsApp ("شحن" / "charge"): 10 to 50,000 SAR.
- Your payment link (client payments): 10 to 10,000 SAR per payment.
- Deposit from the website wallet: 10 to 10,000 SAR.
