When can I delete a property listing?
The delete button appears once you have 10 or more active listings.
An active listing is one that has not expired and has not already been deleted. Expired or previously deleted listings are not counted towards this total.
If you have fewer than 10 active listings the delete button will not appear. This is deliberate — it protects a small set of listings from being removed by mistake.
Raghadan administrative accounts are not subject to this requirement.
Steps to delete a listing
- 1Sign in to your account.
- 2Open your profile, where your property listings are shown.
- 3Find the listing you want to remove.
- 4Press the delete button among the listing's action buttons.
- 5A confirmation message appears: "Do you want to delete this listing?".
- 6Read it carefully, then press confirm.
Once it succeeds the listing disappears from your profile and from every public page on the site immediately.
Important: deletion cannot be undone
There is no way in the site to restore a listing after it has been deleted. Be certain before you confirm.
The listing record is retained internally for archival purposes only; it never reappears and you cannot recover it yourself.
Why is the delete button not showing?

Alternatives to deleting
If deletion is not available to you, there are better options in most cases:
- Hide the listing temporarily if you only want to stop it showing.
- Mark the property as sold or rented once the deal closes — this is the correct choice after a sale or lease.
- Edit the listing if the problem is with its details or photos.
