Where to track dues

From the sidebar → "Payments" for day-to-day tracking, and "Accounting" for invoices, receipts and financial reports.

Where do payments come from?

Payments and instalments are derived from contracts: the contract's period, value and payment cycle are what produce the schedule of dues. So if a payment schedule looks wrong, start by reviewing the contract itself.

Payment statuses

• Pending / due — not yet paid and not yet past its date.
• Overdue — its due date has passed and it is unpaid.
• Paid — collected.

Pending and overdue each have their own dashboard card, because the difference between them is what needs chasing.

Paid and remaining instalments

Each contract has an instalment schedule with due dates. You see:

• The number of paid instalments
• The number of remaining instalments
• The due date of each instalment

These figures are derived from the contract's instalment schedule and each instalment's status — they are not a manually entered number.

The "Accounting" section holds invoices, receipts, expenses, financial reports and verification. See Accounting in Property Management for the detail.

An important note about updating

Data is read when the page opens. There is no live update, and no notification appears automatically when a payment is made.

If a payment or invoice does not appear

   Check the contract first. Payments derive from it; an incomplete contract, or one in a non-active status, may not produce a schedule.

   Reopen the page.

   Check the filters — a status or period filter may be hiding what you are looking for.

   If you are a team member: check that you hold view financial operations; without it the section does not appear.
