What Is Lease Contract Documentation, and How Instant Issuance Works
Raghdan's lease-documentation service lets a property owner (lessor) issue an officially documented lease via the Ejar platform — operated by the National Housing Services Company and regulated by REGA — fully electronically, from one place, with no office visits or paperwork. Raghdan provides it as a licensed broker and Ejar-network member.
Instant issuance
Issuance is instant and automatic: once your properties are registered and visible in your account, you can issue a lease for any vacant unit instantly and automatically, with no human intervention — regardless of deed type (electronic or paper). Any property whose vacant units appear in your account is ready for contract issuance.
Important note: the electronic-vs-paper distinction concerns property registration, not contract issuance — see "Registering a new property/unit." Issuing contracts after the property is approved is always automatic.
Signing
The lessor must have an active Nafath account to issue and document the contract (the tenant needs no prior registration). After approval and payment, the contract is documented electronically and sent to both parties by SMS, acquiring executive-instrument status. If not completed within 7 days, it reverts to a draft.
Fees
Inclusive of the approved Ejar fee, paid in advance via a secure gateway, VAT-included, non-refundable after documentation, covering one year or less.
Who may use it
Dedicated to owners (lessors); no other party may create a contract on the owner's behalf except under a duly authorized power of attorney. Tenants contact the owner to issue the contract.
