How do I activate my account as a real estate marketer?
You can activate your account as a real estate marketer on Raghdan using one of three approved methods. Choose the most suitable method, and your real estate marketing privileges will be enabled after successful verification.
The FAL license is the professional license linked to the real estate marketer or broker. The real estate advertisement license is the licence for the listing itself. They are two different things and are not used interchangeably.
Method 1: Match your mobile number with your FAL license
You can enter your FAL license number through your profile in the member dashboard.
The mobile number registered on your Raghdan account must match the mobile number linked to your FAL license with the Real Estate General Authority.
Mobile number matching is required because the verification service currently available from the Real Estate General Authority does not provide the platform with direct identity-number matching for the user. Therefore, the mobile number linked to the license is used to verify the license holder.
After entering the license number, the system checks the license details and status. If the mobile number matches, your account is activated as a real estate marketer.
Method 2: Automatic activation through the real estate advertisement license
You can add a new real estate listing and enter a valid real estate advertisement license number.
When the listing is submitted, Raghdan automatically verifies the advertisement license and compares the advertiser and license information.
If the information is successfully matched, your real estate marketing account is activated automatically without manual intervention or contacting support.
Method 3: Open a support ticket and attach your FAL license
If activation cannot be completed through the first two methods, you can open a support ticket through the Help Center.
Attach a clear and valid copy of your FAL license and include the mobile number registered on your account.
The technical support team will review the license and account information. Once verification is completed, your account will be activated as a real estate marketer.
Important notes
- The FAL license must be valid.
- The license information must be correct and clearly visible.
- An expired or cancelled FAL license cannot be used to activate a real estate marketing account.
- The support team may request additional information to complete verification.
- Activating the real estate marketer account does not approve non-compliant listings. Every listing remains subject to advertisement license verification and regulatory requirements.
