How do I activate my account as a real estate broker?
You can activate your account as a real estate broker on Raghdan using one of three approved methods. Choose the most suitable method, and your real estate brokerage privileges will be enabled after successful verification.
The FAL license is the professional license linked to the real estate broker or broker. The real estate advertisement license is the licence for the listing itself. They are two different things and are not used interchangeably.
Method 1: Match your mobile number with your FAL license
You can enter your FAL license number from the “FAL License Verification” card on your profile, or from “Activate Real Estate Broker” in the services menu at the top of the site.
Your account must be verified through Nafath first; without it, “You must verify your identity through Nafath first” appears.
The mobile number you sign in with on Raghdan must match the mobile number linked to your FAL license with the Real Estate General Authority.
Mobile number matching is required because the verification service currently available from the Real Estate General Authority does not provide the platform with direct identity-number matching for the user. Therefore, the mobile number linked to the license is used to verify the license holder.
Activation takes two steps:
- 1Enter the license number and press “Verify”; the license details appear: broker type (individual or establishment), status and expiry date.
- 2Press “Activate real estate broker account”; this step also checks that the license is active, then confirms that your account is activated.
Individual or establishment: for an establishment’s license, its unified number is saved on your account, which then shows as “Real Estate Company / Real Estate Institution” with a “Business Information” section, and the VAT documentation service becomes available. An individual’s license shows the account as “Real Estate Broker”.
Method 2: Activate through Raghdan WhatsApp Bot
Send “تفعيل” to Raghdan WhatsApp Bot, then send your FAL licence number.
The bot checks the licence with the Real Estate General Authority and matches the mobile number on the licence with your WhatsApp number. Your account must be verified through Nafath.
Adding a listing with an advertising licence does not activate a broker account. The advertising licence is only used to publish the listing. Read the explanation
Method 3: Open a support ticket and attach your FAL license
If activation cannot be completed through the first two methods, you can open a support ticket through the Help Center.
Attach a clear and valid copy of your FAL license and include the mobile number registered on your account.
The technical support team will review the license and account information. Once verification is completed, your account will be activated as a real estate broker.
Important notes
- The FAL license must be valid.
- The license information must be correct and clearly visible.
- An expired or cancelled FAL license cannot be used to activate a real estate brokerage account.
- The support team may request additional information to complete verification.
- Activating the real estate broker account does not approve non-compliant listings. Every listing remains subject to advertisement license verification and regulatory requirements.
