"App" Command

Type "تطبيق" (App) or "تحميل" (Download) and the bot will send download links:

• iPhone (App Store): Download Raghdan for iPhone
• Android (Google Play): Download Raghdan for Android
• Website: raghdan.sa

Marketer Account Activation

"Activate" Command

Type "تفعيل" (Activate) to activate your real estate marketer account.

Requirements

• Registered Raghdan account
• Valid FAL (real estate brokerage) license
• WhatsApp number matching the FAL license number

Activation Steps

   Type "تفعيل" (Activate)

   Send your FAL license number (10 digits — starts with 11 for individuals or 12 for establishments)

   The bot verifies the license with the Real Estate Authority

   It matches the registered phone number with your WhatsApp number

   If everything matches — activation is automatic!

After Activation You Can

• View your profile ("صفحتي" command)
• View your properties ("عقاراتي" command)
• Use the real estate draft ("مسودة" command)
• Share your virtual office link ("رابطي" command)

Tips for Better Bot Usage

1. Use Voice Messages

The bot understands voice messages! If you don't want to type, send a voice message and the bot will understand and respond.

2. Use Short Commands

Instead of writing long sentences, use direct commands:

• "صفحتي" instead of "I want to see my profile page"
• "شقة جدة" instead of "Search for apartment in Jeddah"
• "شحن 100" instead of "I want to charge wallet with 100 SAR"

3. Send Your Location for Precise Search

When adding offers or requests, send your location from WhatsApp directly (+ → Location) instead of typing the address.

4. Type "menu" to Go Back

Anytime you feel lost, type "قائمة" (menu) or "رجوع" (back) to return to the main menu.

5. Type "cancel" to Stop Operations

If you started an operation (like adding an offer) and want to stop, type "إلغاء" (Cancel).
