How do I check my request status?
Two ways to track your request
Method 1: Direct link
Every message you receive (SMS / WhatsApp / Email) contains a short link:

Click it → the tracking dialog opens automatically with your request number pre-filled.
Method 2: From the service page
- 1Open the Property Management Request page
- 2Click "Track Your Request"
- 3Enter your Request Number (e.g. RGD-PM-20260422-0001)
- 4Enter the last 4 digits of the phone you submitted with
- 5Click "Check Status"
What you'll see
Basic request info
Request number, submission date, service type, and property name.
Current status
A colored badge showing where your request stands (New / Under Review / Info Requested / Approved / Contracted / ...).
Timeline
Every status change is logged with a timestamp and the team member responsible. You can see the full journey of your request.
Decision card
- If approved — a green card with team notes (if any).
- If declined — a red card with the reason + a button to submit a new request.
Responding to a request for more info
If your status is "Info Requested", an orange card appears with the team's questions:
- 1Read the questions carefully
- 2Type your response (at least 5 characters)
- 3Click "Send Response"
- 4Status automatically updates to "Info Provided"
- 5The team gets notified and resumes reviewing your request
Security
The tracking page is protected:
- No one can access your data without knowing both the request number and the last 4 digits of your phone.
- The system prevents brute-force attempts (rate limiting).
- Public-facing data does not expose internal team notes.
