What the Raghdan Assistant Is, and What It Can Actually Do

The Raghdan Assistant is an in-platform guide that explains the platform's services and points you to the right page. You will find it on every page from the assistant button.

What it can do

• Explain the platform's services and their steps, one step at a time.
• Search the Help Center and answer from its articles.
• Search published property listings by city, property type, listing type, price and number of rooms.
• Read your account details and support tickets so it can answer questions about them.
• Open a support ticket on your behalf when you explicitly ask.

Language

It speaks Arabic and English and replies in the language of your question. On a voice call it speaks in a natural Saudi dialect.
