The Raghdan Assistant is an in-platform guide that explains the platform's services and points you to the right page. You will find it on every page from the assistant button.
What it can do
- Explain the platform's services and their steps, one step at a time.
- Search the Help Center and answer from its articles.
- Search published property listings by city, property type, listing type, price and number of rooms.
- Read your account details and support tickets so it can answer questions about them.
- Open a support ticket on your behalf when you explicitly ask.
Language
It speaks Arabic and English and replies in the language of your question. On a voice call it speaks in a natural Saudi dialect.
