Step 3: Select the property and units
The system then displays the lessor's properties registered on Ejar.
Registered properties
Properties linked to the lessor and registered on Ejar are listed under the Verified and Under verification tabs. Choose the property you want to create the contract for.
Units
Once you select a property, its units appear grouped by status:
- Vacant — available for a new contract.
- Reserved — tied to an in-progress action.
- Leased — already under an active contract.
- Under verification — details not yet complete in Ejar.
Only vacant units can be selected. Reserved, leased, and under-verification units cannot be added to a contract until their status changes.
Selecting more than one unit
You can select a single unit or several units from the same property.
For example, if your building has ten vacant units, you can select one, two, three, or as many as you want to include in the contract.
Each selected unit is marked with a check, and the number of selected units is shown as you go.
The same-property rule
Every unit in a single contract must belong to the same property.
Because of that, changing the property after selecting units clears the previous selection and you start again on the new property. This prevents units from two different properties ending up in one contract.
Editing units later
From the review page you can press Edit units to go straight back to the same property's units with your current selection intact — add or remove units, then return.
Edit property stays a separate action, and it is the one that clears the selection as described above.
If no properties appear
The property isn't registered under Raghdan — see "Registering a new property/unit."
