What happens after I submit my request?
Instant receipt
As soon as you submit, the system triggers notifications to you:
- SMS with your request number and a short tracking link
- WhatsApp message with more detail and the tracking link
- Email with a full summary and a tracking button
At the same time, our internal team is notified to start the review.
Review within 48 hours
The Raghdan team reviews your request within 48 business hours. During this period your request can pass through several states:
- New — received and logged
- Under Review — the team is studying it
- Info Requested — we need more details (see below)
Possible outcomes
✓ Approved
The team will contact you to line up next steps: inspection, contract, and starting operations.
ℹ️ More info needed
We may need extra information (photos, floor plans, past maintenance history ...). You'll receive a message with the questions, and you can respond directly from the tracking page — no need to resubmit.
✗ Declined
In rare cases we may not be able to provide the service (outside coverage area, property type out of scope, etc.). We'll explain the reason in a formal message, and you may submit a new request at any time.
Ongoing tracking
At any stage, open the tracking page and enter your request number + last 4 digits of your phone to see:
- Current status
- Full timeline of every update
- Team notes (if any)
