How do I submit a property or facility management request?
Before You Start
Have these ready before opening the form:
- The property's exact location on a map
- The entity or person name (your role)
- Unit count and approximate area
- Clear photos of the property (optional but strongly recommended)
How to access the form
From the Property Management Request page, click "Submit Your Request". A 4-step dialog opens.
Step 1: Select property location
- Drag the marker to the exact property location, or search for the address above the map.
- City, district and address auto-fill from Google Maps geocoding.
- You can't move to the next step until you've picked a location.
Step 2: Request details
Divided into 4 sections:
Service type
Choose Property Management or Facility Management. See the difference between them if unsure.
Applicant information
Full name, phone, email, and your role (Owner / Agent / Company Representative / Authorized Person).
Property information
- Property or project name
- Property type (building / villas / compound / offices / ...)
- Number of units
- Area in square meters (optional)
- Occupancy (Occupied / Vacant / Partial)
- Readiness (Ready / Under Preparation)
Additional details (optional)
Brief description, current issues if any, and preferred contact time.
Step 3: Photos & attachments
- Photos — up to 10 images, 5 MB each, JPG / PNG / WebP.
- Video (optional) — up to 50 MB, MP4 only.
- Documents (optional) — up to 3 PDF files, 10 MB each.
💡 Tip: clear photos and organized documents speed up the approval decision.
Step 4: Review & submit
- A full summary of your inputs is shown.
- Click "Edit" next to any section to change it.
- Accept the privacy policy and confirm accuracy.
- Click "Submit Request".
Auto-save feature
The form auto-saves to your browser as you type. If you close the window by mistake, reopening the form restores your data.
After submission
You'll get an SMS, email and WhatsApp message with a request number (e.g. RGD-PM-20260422-0001) and a tracking link. See what happens next.
