What are the data sources for the indicators?

Raghdan's real estate indicators rely on two official sources:

Sales indicators — Ministry of Justice

Sales data is sourced from the official Saudi Open Data portal (open.data.gov.sa) under the Ministry of Justice. This data is publicly available and includes officially registered sales transactions from 2020 through Q2 2026, covering over one million transactions across all regions of the Kingdom.

Rental indicators — Real Estate General Authority (REGA)

Rental indicators are sourced from official data published by the Real Estate General Authority — aggregated quarterly indicators at the district level covering Q1 2025 through Q1 2026.

Both sources are updated quarterly with each new official release.
