Activation through a support ticket and FAL license attachment

If you cannot activate your account through mobile number matching on your profile or through Raghdan WhatsApp Bot, you can request activation from the technical support team.

Activation request steps

   Go to the Help Center.

   Open the technical support and tickets page.

   Select Open a new ticket.

   Choose the appropriate account or FAL license category.

   Write a request to activate your account as a real estate broker.

   Attach a clear copy of your FAL license.

   Submit the ticket and wait for the support team to review it.

The ticket should include

• The account holder's name.
• The mobile number registered on Raghdan.
• The FAL license number.
• A clear copy of the license.
• A brief description of the issue encountered during activation.

What happens after the ticket is submitted?

The technical support team reviews the account and license information and verifies that the license is valid. Additional information may be requested when necessary.

After verification is completed, real estate brokerage privileges are enabled on the account.
