Registering a New Property/Unit and Activating the Request in Ejar

If the property or unit isn't registered in Ejar under Raghdan Holding Company, you can register it through Raghdan and then activate it in Ejar. You can start the registration either from the Ejar contract creation flow or directly from your profile via the Ejar Contracts tab — both paths use the same Ejar page and the same registration logic.

Registration by deed type

• Electronic title deed or Real Estate Registry deed: verification and registration are handled automatically when the required data is available.
• Paper deed, Hojjat, or other ownership documents: the request is reviewed manually by the Raghdan team, then registered in Ejar after approval.

Registering a property from the Ejar contract flow

From the property step while creating an Ejar contract: Ejar Contracts → Create Contract → Property Data → Register New Property. Enter the deed details, map location, property details, and units, then submit the registration request.

Registering a property from your profile

You can also register a new property directly from your profile:

Profile → Ejar Contracts → Properties → Register New Property.

Clicking "Register New Property" opens the same Ejar property registration page, where you complete the deed, location, property, and unit details before submitting the request.

Registering a new unit

If the property is already registered and you need to add a unit, open the property, click "Register New Unit", and complete the required unit details.

Activating the request in Ejar

After submitting the request, you'll receive a status notification. In some cases, you may need to open Ejar → Requests → "Update Property Data", then activate the request so the property or units appear under your account.

Important note

If the property or units don't appear, they may not be registered under Raghdan Holding Company. Even if they were previously registered through another broker, they must be registered or linked under Raghdan before they can be used in Ejar contracts through the platform.
