What information does the property report show?
The property report opens in the side panel when you press "Additional information" in the parcel image window — or directly when there is no image (no registered parcel, the report could not be fetched, or a parcel with no drawable boundary).
The sections below appear only when the data is available; the system never shows empty fields, and a section disappears entirely when all of its fields are missing.
Parcel status badge
At the top of the report a coloured badge summarises the parcel's status, in one of six states: Clear · Needs review · Restricted · Development zone · Partial data · Unavailable.

- Building number.

Administrative location
- District.
- City.
- Region.

Neighborhood property indicators
A section linking the parcel to its district's market. When available it shows:
- Median price per square metre, with the transaction classification (residential, commercial, agricultural, industrial, mixed use, other).
- Common trading range — the two bounds that half of the district's transactions fall between.
- Transactions recorded for the district.
- Average annual rent per square metre.
At the bottom of the section a "View district indicator" button opens the full district indicator page in a new tab, so your map and the open parcel stay as they are.
When does the whole section disappear? When the district has neither a sale indicator nor a rental indicator. This is the case for most districts, because an indicator requires a minimum number of recorded transactions. You may also see a single row only — a median without rent, or the other way round — and that is normal.

- Number of floors under the base regulation.
- Build ratio or floor-area ratio (FAR).
- Front, side and rear setbacks.
- Building conditions and height condition.
Parcel boundaries
A separate section listing every boundary of the parcel: its direction, what it faces, and its length. If boundary data is not available for the parcel, that is stated explicitly.
Area alerts
Independent cards may appear for each type when available:
- Removal or restriction zones.
- Informal areas.
- Frozen or blocked sites.
- Development projects.
- Non-Saudi ownership zones.
Notice: Not all of these fields exist for every property; they appear only when data is available. The information is for guidance and should be verified with the competent authorities.
