How do I filter what shows on the map?
The "Land use" key
In the corner of the map there is a small panel titled "Land use" showing the colour of each parcel category. Every line in it is now clickable, so you choose what appears on the map.
The categories in the key:
- Residential
- Commercial
- Mixed use
- Parks / open
- Unspecified
- Listed property — the markers of advertised properties on the map.
Hiding and showing a category
- Each category has a box with a check mark, and every category is shown at first.
- Click a category to clear its check: its parcels disappear from the map together with their numbers, and its name fades in the key.
- Click it again to show it.
- Clearing "Listed property" hides the property markers and leaves the parcels as they are.
"Show all"
When at least one category is cleared, a "Show all" button appears at the bottom of the key, and one click brings every category back.
Note: Land parcels appear when you zoom in on the map. Your choice is not saved: when you open the page again, every category is shown.
Where does it work?
- The interactive map on desktop and mobile.
- The properties page map in all of its views, including the half-map view.
With the search on the properties page
When you search on the properties page by city, purpose or anything else, the map shows the markers of your search results only. "Listed property" works with it: a marker appears when the category is checked and the property is in the search results.
