Opening VAT documentation from your profile

You can open the service from two places on your profile; both open the same request:

1. The “VAT Registration” card

   Open your profile.

   In the services grid, the “VAT Registration” card comes right after the “Business Information” card.

   Tap the card to see your documentation status and the request.

2. The “Establishment & VAT documentation” panel

   Open the “Business Information” card.
2. 2
   At the end of it you will find “Establishment & VAT documentation” with your request’s current status.

What you see

• “Not documented”: you have not submitted a request yet; the “Submit a documentation request” button appears.
• “Pending verification”: your request is under review, with a summary of what you sent.
• “Verified”: your VAT number is documented on Raghdan.
• “Rejected”: with the reason and a “Submit a new request” button.
