Activation by matching your mobile number with your FAL license

Raghdan allows you to verify your FAL license and activate your real estate marketer account through your profile in the member dashboard.

Activation steps

   Sign in to your Raghdan account.

   Open the member dashboard.

   Go to your profile.

   Open the FAL license or real estate marketer activation section.

   Enter the FAL license number correctly.

   Select Verify or Activate.

   Wait for the verification result.

Mobile number matching requirement

The mobile number registered on your Raghdan account must be the same mobile number linked to your FAL license with the Real Estate General Authority.

If the numbers do not match, you will see a message indicating that the mobile number does not match the license information.

Why is the mobile number used for matching?

The verification service currently available to the platform from the Real Estate General Authority does not provide direct license matching through the user's identity number. Therefore, the mobile number registered with the authority is used to confirm that the license belongs to the account holder.

What should I do if the number does not match?

• Make sure the license number was entered correctly.
• Confirm that your Raghdan mobile number is the same number registered with the Real Estate General Authority.
• Update your Raghdan account number if it is incorrect.
• Use the advertisement-license activation method.
• Or open a support ticket and attach a copy of your FAL license.

Notes

• The license must be valid.
• Expired or cancelled licenses are not accepted.
• A mismatch message does not necessarily mean the license is invalid. It may only mean that the mobile numbers are different.
