How do I compare neighborhoods?

The "Compare Neighborhoods" feature lets you compare up to 3 neighborhoods side-by-side within the same city, giving you a comprehensive analysis to support real estate decisions.

Steps:

   Open any neighborhood page from the market indicator

   Click "Compare Neighborhoods" (next to Share Analysis)
3. 3
   Select a second and optionally third neighborhood in the same city
4. 4
   Click "Start Comparison"

What you'll get:

• Visual comparison of average prices, transaction volume, and yearly change
• A Google Map showing the location of all selected neighborhoods
• AI-powered analysis with: overall summary, price analysis, activity analysis, and an investment recommendation
• Option to download the full report as a professionally designed PDF

Comparing rents:

On the "Rental Indicators" tab of a district page, the compare button opens Neighborhood Rent Comparison — comparing the average annual rent per m², contract counts, and yearly change of the selected districts, in the same way as the sales comparison.

Notes:

• You must be logged in to use this feature
• Neighborhoods must be in the same city
• AI analysis is refreshed automatically each quarter
