How do I pin my property as a paid ad for 24 hours?
The paid pin is an optional service that lets an advertiser pin their property listing for 24 hours in key, high-traffic sections of the Raghdan platform, to increase its exposure to interested buyers and tenants.
Where does the pinned ad appear?
A pinned ad appears in:
- 1The homepage
- 2The properties page
- 3The "latest properties" section in the blog
And any other section that relies on the platform's latest properties, where pinning is supported.
Why is the service useful?
The Raghdan platform receives more than 200,000 visits per month. When you pin your ad, it gains priority placement in important pages. This may help your listing reach a larger audience, and exposure across the platform's various pages may reach more than 350,000 potential impressions, depending on visitor traffic and its distribution.
Pinning can increase the listing's visibility to interested visitors, but it does not guarantee a sale or rental.
On which platforms is the service available?
You can use the paid pin service on the Raghdan web platform, and through the Raghdan Real Estate apps on iOS and Android when the pin option is available in the app.
How much does it cost?
The price is 49 for 24 hours.
How is it paid?
The amount is deducted from your in-platform Raghdan wallet. Your wallet balance must be sufficient before activation; if the balance is insufficient, a message asks you to top up your wallet first.
How do I activate the pin?

What happens after activation?
If a slot is free, the ad starts immediately for 24 hours. If the homepage slots are full, the ad enters the queue.
The 24-hour period only starts at actual activation — not from the time of payment if the ad is queued.
What does "queued" mean?
Because the number of pin slots is limited, if all slots are busy your ad waits for the earliest available slot. The advertiser sees the expected wait time, and when its turn comes the pin runs for a full 24 hours.
Can I update the listing while it is pinned?
No. While the ad is actively pinned or waiting in the queue, the "Update ad" button is disabled for that ad only, so a normal listing refresh does not interfere with the paid pin. Your other, non-pinned listings can still be updated as usual.
What does the advertiser see?
In the Marketer Ads page, the advertiser sees either "Pinned - X hours left" while active, or "Queued - starts in X hours" while waiting.
What do visitors see?
Visitors see a small badge labeled "Featured", and on hover it shows "Paid ad". Visitors do not see the duration or remaining time.
What happens when the 24 hours end?
The pin disappears automatically, the ad returns to normal ordering, and the advertiser can buy a new pin if they wish.
Does the service guarantee a sale or rental?
No. The service increases visibility priority but does not guarantee a sale or rental. Photo quality, price, location, and listing details all affect the outcome.
Can I get a refund?
After the pin service is activated and ad-exposure processing has begun, the amount is non-refundable except in accordance with platform policies and cases determined by the administration.
