Does adding a listing with an advertising licence activate a broker account?

No. Adding a listing with a valid advertising licence number publishes the listing, but it does not activate your account as a real estate broker.

What the advertising licence does

• The advertising licence number is checked with the Real Estate General Authority when you add the listing.
• It is matched against the national ID number or commercial register number on your account.
• Once matched, the property data is pulled from the licence and you complete the listing steps up to publishing.

How do I activate my broker account?
