How does Raghdan use customer feedback to improve service?

Your rating is not a number that gets stored and forgotten. This is the picture we read from it.

What we look at

• Was the question answered? The share of conversations that genuinely resolved the question.
• The average rating over time, and whether it is improving or slipping.
• The star distribution — because a single average can hide both excellent and poor experiences behind it.
• Dissatisfaction reasons and which ones recur most.
• Your written notes, which are often the clearest thing we read.
• Follow-up requests, tracked until they are closed.

How that becomes an improvement

• Clearer answers: repeated "the answer was unclear" means the explanation itself needs rewriting, not that a broker got it wrong.
• Faster replies: repeated "slow response" points us at the times and topics that need more cover.
• Recurring problems: when one subject keeps coming back, we address its cause rather than each case separately — often with a Help Center article or a product change.
• The service experience: notes that are not about one specific question are what reveal the real friction.

What about older ratings?

They stay and are read as part of the overall picture, so we see the trend over time rather than a single snapshot.

Is every response read?

Yes. Few responses lead to a change the next day, but all of them feed the picture our decisions are built on.
