The properties page was redesigned with a new card and three views, searching, filtering and sorting it is easier, and you can now compare up to 4 properties, share the comparison, and hide land-use categories on the maps.
New Features
The properties page has three views: cards, list and half map. In the half-map view on desktop, the map moves to a property when you rest the mouse on its card.
A new property card: price, location and the key details, a photo gallery with autoplay and an «All photos» panel, and a video window.
«Sort by»: newest, or price low to high, or high to low.
Search and filters on the properties page: city, purpose, property type, price and rooms. The choices come from the properties actually available, the link keeps your search so you can share it, and phones get a «Search Filters» window.
Compare properties: add up to 4 from the card, open them from the «Compare list» tab, and compare in a table on desktop or two at a time with swiping on mobile.
Share the comparison link, and a preview with the comparison sentence and a property photo appears when you share it.
A «Purpose» field (sale or rent) in the homepage search.
The maps' «Land use» key is now clickable: hide residential, commercial, parks or listed properties, and «Show all» brings them back.
Improvements
The same price on the property card, in its window on the map, and on the compare page.
Property photos on mobile are lighter and load faster.
Clearer previews when you share site links on social media.
New in the Help Center: a «Properties page» section, and an article about filtering the map.

Two tabs on the homepage, «Find a Property» and «Document a Lease»; choosing «Residential» or «Commercial» opens the lease page with that card already selected.
An area filter in search: land, farms, offices, shops, warehouses and buildings show «Area» instead of «Rooms».
A «Document a Lease» button in the navigation bar, next to «Sign In» for visitors and «Services» for members, plus a dismissible floating lease card on the homepage.
Improvements
A simpler navigation bar: links sit next to the logo, «Projects» and the «Lease Contract» text link were removed, and the sign-in and lease buttons got icons.
The search bar moved into the hero, with Map, AI Assistant and the live visitor count in glass buttons below it.
The member's name shows in full in the mobile menu and is neatly shortened on desktop.
«Sign Out» now shows a «Signing out…» loading state until it completes.
Fixes
Icons at the top of the mobile menu were invisible in light mode.

Real estate companies and establishments can now document their VAT number and papers on Raghdan in one request reviewed by the Raghdan team, with listing fixes that keep each draft’s photos and details without touching another draft, and Ejar contracts linked to their invoice records with better-protected invoice links. The new automatic tax-invoice issuing system is ready and awaiting activation — it is not active yet.
New Features
A “VAT Registration” card on the profile of broker accounts that represent a company or establishment, right after “Business Information”.
One documentation request with the VAT number, the establishment number and your capacity (owner, manager or delegate), plus the VAT registration certificate, the commercial register extract and, when needed, an authorisation letter.
Follow the request on your profile: Not documented · Pending verification · Verified · Rejected with the reason — and submit a new request after a rejection.
Every request is reviewed manually by the Raghdan team. It is documentation within Raghdan, not a registration with ZATCA.
A new “Value Added Tax (VAT)” section in the Help Center explains the service step by step.
Admin dashboard: a “VAT documentation” section to review requests and their documents; a request is approved only once the entity is confirmed as a company or establishment, the applicant’s capacity to represent it is confirmed, and the number is registered with ZATCA under a matching name — and rejected only with a stated reason the member can see.
Admin dashboard: a “Tax invoice” block in the contract details of both “EJAR Contracts” and “Broker Contracts”, showing — once an invoice is issued — its number and date, the service buyer and their documented VAT number, the amount including VAT, the payment method and its tax status.
When no invoice has been issued, the block states exactly why: “Not issued yet”, “None — the service fee was not collected”, or an invoice from the previous system, for reference only.
Improvements
Stronger protection for lease contract invoices: new invoice links are private and hard to guess, so only someone holding the link can open the invoice.
The invoice buttons in contract lists and in an active contract’s details open that contract’s issued invoice when there is one; when none has been issued, “There is no invoice for this contract” appears instead of a link that does not work.
The contract invoice service now refuses any unauthorised request.
Contract details are linked to the payment and invoice records, so invoice and payment data are read from those records and no figure absent from them is shown.
Awaiting activation: the new automatic tax-invoice issuing system — which issues the invoice in the name of whoever paid the service fee and shows their documented VAT number — is technically ready and awaiting the completion of regulatory requirements; it is not active yet. We will announce its activation here.
Fixes
Adding a listing: photos no longer fill the browser’s storage, so the next step no longer fails after adding many photos.
No listing draft’s data is deleted to make room for another — each licence number has its own draft.
If the browser cannot save, a clear message says what was and was not saved, instead of a notice that the previous property’s data will be deleted.
“About the property” keeps what you wrote as you move between steps, and never mixes with another listing’s notes.

Brokers are no longer limited to their own properties: a broker can now create an Ejar-documented lease contract for their client, the owner, at a special broker price and with the owner’s approval, pay from the wallet or by card, then follow each contract stage by stage under “My clients’ contracts” until it is documented. The admin “EJAR Platform Contracts” section gained a new tab for broker contracts, and the platform now uses the term “real estate broker”.
New Features
Create a lease contract for your client, the owner, through the same contract steps; it counts as a client’s contract based on the lessor’s ID verified on Ejar.
A broker first-year price for a client’s contract: SAR 222 residential and SAR 319 commercial, including Ejar’s platform fee and VAT.
Request to show a client’s property by deed number and the owner’s mobile, with the owner’s approval by an SMS code — no Raghdan account needed — and register a new property in the owner’s name with their approval.
“My clients’ contracts”, “My contracts as owner” and “Properties” tabs in the broker’s “Rental Contracts”, with counts of active contracts, in-progress contracts, contracts ending within 60 days and total savings.
A “Contract details” panel for each client contract: progress, the parties and property as on Ejar, payment status and contract download.
A client’s contract has four steps: parties, then property and unit, then contract details, then review and pay. The lessor’s and tenant’s details are verified on Ejar by ID number and date of birth, the mobile is shown as registered on Ejar, and the IBAN is confirmed to belong to the lessor — organisations and representatives under a power of attorney are supported.
Choose the property from “Approved properties” and follow “Property requests” (awaiting owner approval · approved · rejected · expired); only vacant units are listed, and a property registered for the owner is followed until “Approved on Ejar”.
Pay from your wallet balance and complete any remainder by bank card on the same page through the payment gateway. Payment comes before sending, and the contract is sent to Ejar automatically once payment is complete.
Extra-year fees are Ejar’s own fees only (SAR 125 residential and SAR 400 commercial per year) — Raghdan takes nothing on them — and the saving and broker price are shown before you pay.
Follow approvals: the lessor and tenant approve the contract on Ejar through Nafath, and the progress bar “Creation · Ejar fee · Lessor approval · Tenant approval · Documentation” advances on what Ejar’s data confirms, until the contract is “Active” or the reason it stopped is shown.
If Ejar refuses to create the contract, or the lessor or tenant rejects it, the full amount returns to the broker’s wallet automatically and the payment status shows “Returned to wallet”.
Download the contract from the list and from the details panel — the documented copy once approved, a draft copy for review before approval — and continue a saved draft where you left off.
Admin dashboard: a new “Broker Contracts” tab in “EJAR Platform Contracts” listing the contracts brokers created for other owners, with statistics and filters by status, and search by contract number, broker, lessor or tenant.
For each broker contract in the admin dashboard: the broker, the parties and contract type, payment status and amount, Raghdan approval and Ejar documentation status, refund status and amount — and in the details, the approval stages, what was paid from the wallet and by card, the price applied (broker or standard) and the refund date.
Improvements
The broker service terms are shown to broker accounts on the contract documentation page, with an extra acknowledgement before paying for a client’s contract.

The platform now says “real estate broker” and “brokerage” instead of “marketer” and “real estate marketing”.
The contract details panel shows statuses and property and unit types as named on the Ejar contract, never technical codes.
The “Rental Contracts” badge on the profile shows contracts new since your last visit, not the total.
The broker contract service is available to activated, Nafath-verified real estate broker accounts, and eligibility is checked at every step, not only when the page opens.
Each contract is placed under “My clients’ contracts” or “My contracts as owner” by the lessor’s ID number on Ejar, not by name, so a client’s contract never mixes with your own.
In the profile’s “Properties” tab, an approved property’s units open in place for viewing.
Admin dashboard: the “EJAR Platform Contracts” tabs are now “EJAR Contracts”, then “Broker Contracts”, then “Deed Verifications”, then “Establishment Verifications”.
Admin dashboard: a deed verification request a broker submits on an owner’s behalf now shows the submitter as a broker, while keeping the owner’s details.
Admin dashboard: syncing deed requests with Ejar now reports how many were synced and why the rest could not be — and that no result from Ejar does not mean a request was rejected.
Admin dashboard: the contract and verification tabs show a loading skeleton while data loads, and when loading fails a message gives the reason with “Retry” — instead of an empty list or misleading zero counts.
Fixes
Tenant names show again on your properties’ units, and every approved property is listed.
Property lists on the profile no longer get stuck loading.
Property and unit types in contracts read from Ejar come from Ejar alone, so an incorrect type is never shown.

Every member now has a permanent payment link to share with clients so they can pay straight into the member's wallet, with automatic wallet updates, clearer wallet and top-up messages on WhatsApp, and one support-ticket rule across the website and WhatsApp.
New Features
“Your payment link” in the wallet: copy your link or share it with clients through apps or as a QR code; they choose the amount and pay, and it is added to your wallet once the payment is confirmed.
The link is permanent, can be used for separate payments from several clients, and the payer does not need a Raghdan account.
Your payment link is also included in the “محفظتي” (wallet) message on Raghdan WhatsApp Bot — the same link as on the website.
Improvements
Your wallet balance and transaction history now update automatically when an amount is added, without refreshing the page.
Better protection against recording the same transaction twice — every payment is recorded once.
A confirmation message at the top of the page when you copy your payment link.
Clearer balances on WhatsApp (e.g. 8,057 instead of 8057.00), with transaction names and statuses as shown on the website.
Clearer top-up commands on WhatsApp: “شحن 100”, or “شحن” followed by the amount, in Western, Arabic or Persian digits — you receive a payment link for exactly that amount.
One support-ticket rule on the website and WhatsApp: a new ticket cannot be opened while you have one that is not closed; its number and status are shown so you can follow up.

You can now include more than one unit from the same property in a single Ejar contract, set an annual rent for each unit either manually or by distributing a total automatically, and see the total rent and payment schedule update as you go.
