25% off your first lease: how it works and when it's used
Every account gets a one-time discount on the first lease it documents through Raghdan as the owner. This article explains how much it is, who is eligible, and when it is used.
How much is the discount?
25% off the first year of the first lease you document through Raghdan as the owner:
- Residential lease: SAR 187 instead of SAR 249.
- Commercial lease: SAR 262 instead of SAR 349.
Prices include VAT.
What about additional years?
Additional years have no discount, because they are Ejar platform fees: SAR 125 per year for a residential lease and SAR 400 per year for a commercial lease. Raghdan takes no fee on them.
Once per account
The discount is given only once per account, and it is the same account on the website and the app.
Who is eligible?
- An owner creating their own lease.
- A real estate broker creating a lease for their own property as the owner.
Leases a broker creates for others have the broker rate (SAR 222 residential, SAR 319 commercial); this discount does not apply to them, and they do not cancel the broker's right to it.
Do I need a discount code?
No. The discount appears automatically:
- On the pricing page.
- Next to the parties' details: "25% off this lease".
- In the payment details as a separate line. Example for a two-year residential lease: first year SAR 249, discount −SAR 62, additional year SAR 125, total SAR 312.
How is it verified?
Verification is fully automatic, with no human involvement: the system checks your account's record for every lease.
When is the discount used?
When the lease is documented — that is, approved by the parties on the Ejar platform. After that, the offer disappears from every page and later leases are at the regular price.
Between payment and documentation
The discount stays reserved for that lease; any other lease you create during this time is at the regular price.
If the lease is not documented
If the lease is not documented and you get the full amount back to your wallet, the discount returns automatically for your next lease.
Tax invoice
The tax invoice shows the discount as a separate line.
