Are comments and personal details required?

The survey is deliberately short, and asks for no more than it needs.

What is required?

Only two things:

• Answering the first question: did the conversation help?
• The star rating.

If your rating is low, choosing at least one reason is added to those.

Is the comment required?

No. The comment box is entirely optional, and you can finish the survey without writing anything in it. If you do write, it reaches us exactly as you wrote it.

What about name and phone number?

On the last step we ask: would you like the Raghdan team to contact you about your feedback?

• You chose "No": no name or phone number is asked for, and neither field appears. The response is submitted straight away.
• You chose "Yes": two fields appear — the name is optional, and the mobile number is required, so that we can actually reach you.

Is my phone number filled in automatically?

No. The survey page does not read your account details, so you enter the number you want us to call — which may well differ from the one on your account.
