Why Do I Need a Real Estate Marketer?

You cannot list your property directly on the platform — you need a licensed real estate broker to obtain an advertising license from REGA (Real Estate General Authority) on your behalf.

How Does It Work?

Through the "Market Your Property" service:

    You publish your property details in the marketing section

    Real estate marketers see your request
  3. 3
    An interested marketer contacts you to agree on the marketing commission
  4. 4
    After agreement, the marketer obtains the advertising license and officially publishes your listing

Is the Service Free?

Yes, publishing a marketing request is free. The commission is agreed upon between you and the real estate marketer.
