How do I upload property photos?
Before you upload
| Requirement | Value |
|---|---|
| Maximum number of photos | 10 photos per listing |
| Maximum size per photo | 10 MB |
| Supported formats | JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC/HEIF |
| Minimum dimensions | 320 px on the shortest side |
Photos must be of the property being advertised, and you must let each photo finish checking before moving to the next step.
Steps to upload photos
- 1Press Services, then Add listing.
- 2Enter your advertising licence number and complete the property details.
- 3Go to the property photos step.
- 4Press Add photos and choose files from your device.
- 5Each photo appears as a card showing its check status.
- 6Wait until every photo has finished checking.
- 7Remove any rejected photo, or retry if the failure was temporary.
- 8Continue to the next step once the requirements are met.
You can also create a land parcel image from the interactive map and add it to your listing photos.
What happens while a photo is checked?
Every photo is checked automatically before it joins the listing. The check looks for:
- Is this an actual property photograph?
- Does it contain an advertising design or promotional frame?
- Does it carry an office or platform logo?
- Does it carry a watermark?
- Does it contain a QR code, barcode or social-media handle?
- Does it show a phone number, email address or website link?
- Does it have added promotional text?
- Is it a screenshot?
- Is the quality or size too low?
Rejection messages and how to fix them
| Message | What it means | How to fix it |
|---|---|---|
| The image contains an office or platform logo | A logo was added to the photo | Use the original photo without a logo |
| The image contains a watermark | A watermark is present | Use the original version |
| The image contains a QR code | A QR code is present | Use a photo without it |
| The image contains a barcode | A barcode is present | Use a photo without it |
| The image contains a social media handle | Social account details are shown | Remove them or use the original |
| The image contains a phone number | A phone number is printed on the photo | Contact numbers belong in the listing details, not on the photo |
| The image contains a website URL | A link is printed on the photo | Use a photo without links |
| The image contains an email address | An email is printed on the photo | Use a photo without it |
| The image contains added promotional text | Marketing wording was added | Use the original property photo |
| The image is an advertisement design, not a property photo | It is a design, not a real photo | Upload a photograph of the property |
| The image is a screenshot | The file is a screen capture | Upload the original photo instead |
| The image is not a property photo | The content is not a property | Choose a photo of the advertised property |
| The image contains a promotional frame | A promotional border was added | Use the photo without the frame |
| Unsupported image format | The file type is not accepted | Use JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC |
| The image resolution is too low | Smaller than the allowed size | Use a larger, clearer photo |
| The image exceeds 10 MB | The file is too large | Reduce the size or use a lighter copy |
| The image content could not be confirmed | The photo is not clear enough | Use a clearer photo — you can also retry |
| The image could not be checked right now | A temporary problem with the check | Press Retry |
Photo states in the interface
- Checking — the photo is being reviewed; wait for the result.
- Approved — ready, and counted among your listing photos.
- Rejected — it will not be added, and the reason is shown on the card.
- Could not be checked — a temporary failure, with a Retry button.
The key difference: a rejection about the content of the photo is final for that photo, and you must replace it. A could not be checked or could not be confirmed result is temporary, and retrying may succeed.
AI-generated photos
- The system detects photos that were generated or edited with AI.
- Being AI-generated is not by itself a rejection. If the photo breaks no other rule it can still be accepted.
- An accepted photo of this kind carries a "Made with AI" badge wherever the site displays it.
- If the photo breaks another rule (logo, watermark, promotional text and so on) it is rejected for that reason, not for being generated.
The built-in photo editor
Once a photo is approved you can open it in Raghadan's built-in editor and use the tools that are actually available:
- Crop, with rotate and flip
- Finetune — brightness, contrast, saturation
- Filters
- Annotate — arrows, lines, freehand drawing and shapes
- Redact — blur for privacy
- Resize
- Frames
A free text tool is deliberately not available, because it could be used to add contact numbers or links onto a photo that was already approved.
A photo that was approved and then edited inside Raghadan's editor is not treated as a new image, and it is not rejected because of the arrows or marks you added there yourself.
This exception applies only to the built-in editor. If you edit the photo in an external program and upload it as a new file, it goes through the full check again.
Land parcel images from the Raghadan map
- An image created with the "Create parcel image" feature on the Raghadan map can be uploaded among your listing photos.
- The system automatically verifies that the image was created from the Raghadan map and accepts it.
- A screenshot of an external map or any other site does not receive this exception and may be rejected.
- The correct route: download the image to your device, then add it with the Add photos button while creating your listing.
- If you edit the parcel image in an external program it may lose this status and be checked normally.
Rejected photos
- A rejected photo is not counted among your listing photos.
- Remove it from the grid before continuing.
- If the cause was temporary, use Retry.
- If the cause relates to the content, choose another photo or use the original source without additions.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the Next button still disabled?
Usually because a photo is still being checked, or a rejected photo has not been removed yet.
Why was a clear photo rejected?
Clarity is not the only criterion. It may carry a logo, watermark, text or contact number, or be an advertising design rather than a photograph.
Are AI photos banned?
No. They are detected and may be accepted with a badge, unless they break another rule.
Can I use a land parcel image from the Raghadan map?
Yes. Download it, then add it among your listing photos.
Why was a screenshot from another map rejected?
Screenshots and external maps are not property photos; the exception covers original Raghadan map images only.
Is a photo re-checked after editing?
Editing inside the Raghadan editor does not trigger a new check. Uploading a new file does.
Why did I see "could not be checked right now"?
A temporary problem unrelated to your photo. Press Retry.
How many photos can I upload?
Up to 10 photos per listing.
Which formats and sizes are allowed?
JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC, up to 10 MB each, with a minimum of 320 px on the shortest side.
