Completing Documentation & E-Signature

After entering the parties, property, and terms comes the documentation stage.

Nafath account for the lessor

The lessor must have an active Nafath account to complete documentation (the tenant needs no prior registration).

Documentation & delivery

After approval and payment, the contract is documented electronically and a copy is sent to both parties via registered SMS.

Window

If not completed within 7 days, the contract reverts to a draft.

Legal status

The contract gains executive-instrument status after documentation (unless custom additional terms were added).
