Raghdan connector: privacy and FAQ
Is the connector free?
Yes, the connector is free from Raghdan. A subscription to the AI platform itself follows that platform's own terms and plans.
What reaches Raghdan?
- Raghdan receives only the tool request as the assistant sends it: the tool name and its inputs, such as the city, district and metric.
- Your conversation text does not reach Raghdan, nor does your identity or account on the AI platform; the connector has no sign-in.
- For each request the connector logs: the tool name, its result, the city, its duration, and a short code derived from the network address with a random key that changes every time the server starts — not the address itself and not the request text.
- As with any visit to a website, the network address a request comes from appears in the infrastructure logs (the edge server and the hosting service) for operation and protection.
What does "Insufficient data" mean?
That the district has fewer than 5 valid transactions in the last 36 months, so no sale indicator is computed for it — exactly as on the district page.
Why does "No ranking" appear?
Because ranking is computed within the same classification only, and is not shown when a city has fewer than 10 districts of that classification, or when the city has no detailed sale data. Learn more: What are real estate indicators? and Indicator data sources.
Does it work with other platforms?
Yes, with any platform that supports adding custom remote MCP connectors, using the same URL:
How do I remove the connector?
- Claude: Customize → Connectors → Remove.
- ChatGPT: see OpenAI's developer mode guide to manage the apps you added.
