What the Assistant Knows About You, and What It Never Does

What it knows about you

• Your name, city, email address and mobile number from your profile.
• Your three most recent support tickets, with their subjects and statuses.
• The last six messages of your current conversation with it.

What it never does

• It does not create an account and does not change your account details.
• It does not touch your wallet: no top-up, no deduction, no transfer, no refund.
• It does not delete anything: no property, no listing, no document, no account.
• It does not publish or edit a listing.

What it writes to your account

Two things and no more: a record of your conversation with it, and a support ticket when you ask for one. Everything else is reading and answering.

Your identity

It reads only your own account. Your identity is verified on the server from your session, not from anything the page sends.
