How do I search and filter properties?
Filter sections
Under the properties page title there are five sections:
- City
- Purpose — sale or rent.
- Property type — such as apartment, land, villa and office.
- Price — Under 500K, 500K - 1M, 1M - 2M, 2M - 5M, and 5M+.
- Rooms — 1 to 5, and 6+ for six rooms or more.
Each section takes one choice, and "All" is the default.
Choices come from the available properties
The choices are built from the properties listed right now:
- Only cities and types with at least one property appear.
- After you choose in one section, the other sections show only what gives results. For example: after choosing a city, "Property type" shows the types found in it.
On desktop
- In the cards and list views: one search bar with its five sections.
- In the half-map view: the same sections in two columns inside the list.
Click any section to see its choices, then choose. Your choice is not applied until you press "Search".
On mobile
A full-width "Filter" button shows how many choices are active. It opens the "Search Filters" window from the bottom of the screen with the same sections.
- "Apply" applies your choices and closes the window.
- "Clear all" clears every choice.
- Close the window with the close button, by tapping outside it, or by dragging it down.

A "Clear all" link appears next to the bar when any choice is active, and brings back every property.
When there are no results
You see "No properties match your search" with a "Clear filters" button.
The search link
Your choices are kept in the page link. Copy the link and share it, and it opens on the same results. Each search starts from the first page, and the number of pages follows the results.
Note: The map on the page shows the markers of your search results only.
