Ejar Platform Data Inside Property Management
How does Property Management relate to Ejar?
Property Management shows two kinds of property side by side:
- 1Properties you added yourself inside Raghdan.
- 2Properties and contracts from the Ejar platform linked to your account as a lessor.
The lists you see — properties, units, contracts, tenants, invoices and payments — merge both sources so you see your whole portfolio in one place.
Where does the Ejar data come from?
This is the part that must be completely clear:
Property Management does not pull data from Ejar itself. There is no "sync" button inside Property Management.
What it shows is the most recent data the Ejar platform successfully delivered through Raghdan's other Ejar flows — chiefly documenting contracts via Ejar.
Put plainly: Property Management reads what the Ejar flows fetched; it does not request the fetch.
What that means in practice
- If you have used Ejar contract documentation in Raghdan before, your Ejar data exists and will appear in Property Management.
- If you have never used any Ejar flow in Raghdan, your Ejar property list there will be empty — that is expected behaviour, not a fault.
- Properties you added manually appear normally either way, whether Ejar data exists or not.
The data is not live
Data is read when you open the page. There is no live update and no direct subscription that makes figures change in front of you.
If you change something in the Ejar platform itself, it will not appear in Property Management until Raghdan's Ejar flows have picked it up and you reopen or refresh the page.
Important notice
- What is shown depends on what is recorded in the Ejar platform. Raghdan displays it; it does not create it.
- Raghdan does not guarantee that a change appears immediately. You may need to reopen the page, and it may take time.
- Ejar data is displayed, not copied. A property coming from Ejar is not added to your manual property list, and vice versa.
If Ejar data does not appear
Try in this order:
- 1Reopen or refresh the page. The read happens when the page opens.
- 2Check that you have used one of Raghdan's Ejar flows. If you have not, there is no data to show yet — see the Ejar contract documentation section of the Help Center.
- 3Make sure the property is registered under your name as lessor in the Ejar platform. Anything not linked to you there will not appear here.
- 4Check your details in Settings — the commercial register or the identity you are known by as a lessor.
If the problem persists, contact support and tell them whether your manual properties appear or not — that single fact shortens the diagnosis considerably.
What you cannot do from here
- You cannot edit an Ejar contract from inside Property Management. Contracts coming from Ejar are read-only here; editing happens in their own flow.
- You cannot force a sync. There is no button for it, and that is deliberate: triggering a sync from here could disturb the live contract flow.
