Rental Indicators in Raghdan

Rental indicators in Raghdan are now available at the district level across all regions of the Kingdom — alongside the sales indicators.

Rental indicators are based on official data published by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) — accredited aggregated quarterly indicators (independent of the sales data, which comes from the Ministry of Justice).

Coverage

• Covers the period from Q1 2025 through Q1 2026, updated quarterly as soon as it is released by the source.
• At the district level (not just cities) and for all residential types: apartment, villa, floor, duplex, studio.

Where to find rental indicators

• District page — "Rental Indicators" tab: switch from "Sales Indicators" to "Rental Indicators" to see the average annual rent per m², the highest and lowest annual rent, the quarterly chart, and a dedicated AI rental analysis.
• Any rental listing page: a district rental market analysis (average, range, forecast) with a details modal broken down quarterly by property type.
• Neighborhood rent comparison: compare the average rents of several districts side by side.
• Homepage and blog page: a sale/rent toggle on the market index cards swaps the values between sales and rentals.

Transparency note

Rental averages for commercial properties (shop, office, showroom) are not published by the official source — so only rental contract counts are shown for commercial, with the average noted as "not published by the source" rather than displaying an inaccurate value.
