What types of meetings are available?

Available Meeting Types

Raghdan platform offers three types of meetings:

1. Zoom Meeting

A remote video meeting via Zoom. After your request is approved, a meeting link will be automatically created and sent to you via email and phone.

• You can join from any device (computer, phone, or tablet)
• No need to install Zoom — you can join from your browser
• Meeting duration is 20, 30, or 40 minutes based on your choice
• You'll receive the join link in the confirmation message

2. Phone Call

A direct voice call with the requested person.

• After approval, you'll be contacted on your registered phone number at the scheduled time
• Make sure your phone number is correct and you'll be available at the specified time

3. In-Person Meeting

A face-to-face meeting at the company headquarters.

• After approval, location details and instructions will be sent to you
• Office location: 2231, Umm Al-Mu'minin Zainab Al-Hilaliyah, Al-Shawqiah District, Makkah

All meeting types are subject to review and approval by the relevant team before confirmation.
