How do I create a video with Raghdan Studio?
Raghdan Studio turns your listing’s photos into a ready video in two versions: portrait for phones (9:16) and landscape for computers (16:9), with the text, the details and the sound.
Before You Start
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Account | An activated real-estate broker account |
| Listing | One of your own listings |
| Photos | At least 3 photos in the listing |
| Your own sound (optional) | WEBM, OGG, M4A, AAC, MP3 or WAV, up to 8 MB |
| Recording in the browser | Needs microphone permission |
Steps
- 1Open your profile, then the "Broker Ads" tab.
- 2Press "Manage Images & Video" on the listing’s card.
- 3Pick your way in:- A listing without a video: press "Create a video with Raghdan Studio" (next to "Upload a video from my device").- A listing with a video you uploaded: press "Replace with a Raghdan Studio video" under the video.- A listing with a studio video: press "Edit in the studio".
- 4Choose a template — three templates, shortest first:- Fast — about 19 seconds, a quick rhythm- Luxury — about 31 seconds, calm and elegant- Professional — about 36 seconds, a formal data panel
The length changes a little with the number of photos. Switch between "Mobile" and "Desktop" at the top to see the samples in both shapes, and press "Preview" to watch a sample in full.
- 1Order the photos — all the listing’s photos appear in their order. Tap a photo to leave it out or bring it back, and reorder with the arrows. At least 3 photos are needed.
- 2Title — filled in from the listing; you can change it, up to 40 characters. Price, district and area come from the listing as they are.
- 3Sound — choose one of five modes:- Voice-over + music- Music only- Voice-over only — a professional voice reading your listing’s details- Record your voice — record in the browser, or press "Upload a file" and drop your file. The list keeps your last 3 sounds; choose one with its circle- No sound
The music options appear when music is available for your account. The music library holds instrumental tracks with a mood filter: the play button only listens, and the circle chooses the track that goes into the video.
The player at the bottom of the sound section plays what will really be in the video. In a voice-over mode, the first press prepares the voice-over, then plays it.
- 1Press "Create the video" — a progress ring shows the percentage. Both versions are made automatically, usually in a few minutes. You can leave the page — it keeps going, and you’ll find it ready when you come back to the studio page of the same listing.
- 2The result — watch both versions, then choose:- "Use it on my listing": the video appears on your listing on the site and in the app- "Download for social media": downloads the portrait version- "Back to editing": change what you like and create again
After You Apply It
- On phones the listing page shows the portrait version, and on computers the landscape one.
- Your original video is kept: if the listing had a video you uploaded, the "Manage Images & Video" window shows "Your original video is saved" with a "Restore it" button.
Frequently Asked Questions

Real-estate brokers, on their own listings.
Is the video I uploaded deleted?
No. It is kept when you apply the studio video, and you can bring it back at any time from the "Manage Images & Video" window.
Why is "Create the video" disabled?
Make sure at least 3 photos are selected. In "Record your voice" a fully uploaded sound must be chosen. And if your account has a monthly limit that is used up, you’ll see "You have used this month's videos".
Is there singing in the music?
No. The library holds instrumental tracks with no singing or human voices.
Can I change the video after it is made?
Press "Back to editing" or "Edit in the studio", change the template, photos, title or sound, then create a new video.
What if creating the video fails?
The page goes back to editing, the video is not counted against your allowance, and you can try again.
Which formats can I use for my own sound?
WEBM, OGG, M4A, AAC, MP3 and WAV, up to 8 MB; the sound is trimmed to the video’s length.
