Troubleshooting the Interactive Map
The map does not show
- Check your internet connection and reload the page.
- If the issue persists, contact support.
It asks me to sign in
- Some map features require signing in. Click the sign-in button and complete the usual steps.
The property report did not appear
- Make sure you click near the centre of the parcel, zoom in further, and review "Why is parcel information unavailable?".
A "could not fetch data" message appeared
- The service may be temporarily busy. Wait a moment and try again.
Address data is incomplete
- National address fields appear only when available and may be incomplete for some locations.
Some area layers do not appear
- A layer does not appear if there is no data for it at that location or city.
A project appears in one city but not another
- Project coverage varies by city and the available data.
My current location is inaccurate
- Make sure location permission is granted; accuracy may vary by device.
The map is slow
- Close heavy apps, check your connection speed, and try again.
I cannot click the parcel
- If you are not signed in, the map may be protected. Sign in and try again.
Layers overlap each other
- Overlap is normal; click the location to show an independent card for each available type.
How do I report inaccurate data?
- Open a support ticket and attach the location or coordinates and a description via Support Tickets.
