Overview
The Raghdan connector is a direct connection between your AI assistant and Raghdan's data — real estate indicators, articles and property listings — using the MCP standard supported by platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT. Instead of searching the web, the assistant asks Raghdan directly.

What sets the connector apart
- Read-only: it changes nothing and publishes nothing.
- No sign-in.
- The same numbers as the district pages, with the page link, and every number carries its transaction count and period.
- Ranking within the same classification, as on the district page; no rank is shown when fewer than 10 districts share the classification.
- Data sources come from the methodology tool, quoted from Help Center articles.
- Active, licensed listings only, each with its license number and link, and no contact details or personal data.
