1. Contract creation through the Raghdan platform is exclusively for property owners (lessors). No other party may create a contract on behalf of the owner except by a duly certified legal power of attorney.

2. This service is provided by Raghdan in partnership with the EJAR platform of the Ministry of Housing.

3. Raghdan is a licensed real estate broker registered with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA).

4. Contract creation requires logging into the Raghdan platform and activating a Nafath account.

5. Service fees include the EJAR platform fee and are paid in advance through a secure payment gateway.

6. Service fees are non-refundable once the contract is issued on the EJAR platform.

7. The contract becomes legally binding after approval by the EJAR platform and electronic consent from all parties.

8. The user is responsible for the accuracy of all submitted data (ID, ownership, property details, rent amount).

9. Raghdan reserves the right to reject any request that violates REGA or EJAR platform regulations.

10. All published fees are inclusive of applicable VAT.

11. Minimum contract duration is one Hijri year. EJAR platform fees apply for each additional year.

12. A copy of the certified contract is delivered to all parties via registered email and SMS.

13. Any dispute will be referred to the competent authorities in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.

14. By using this service, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the terms above.
