Steps to resolve
- 1Zoom in further.
- 2Click near the centre of the parcel.
- 3Try a nearby spot within the same property.
- 4Wait a moment and try again.
- 5Check your internet connection.
- 6Try the standard map or satellite imagery to pinpoint the location.
- 7If the issue persists, open a support ticket and attach the property location or coordinates.
When data is unavailable, a message like this appears: "No parcel information for this location. You can click another spot on the map."
