What each tool returns

Limits
- The numbers are the district pages' own numbers; the connector does not estimate a number that does not exist.
- A district with fewer than 5 valid transactions in the last 36 months shows "Insufficient data".
- Sale price ranking is within the same classification only, and is not shown when fewer than 10 districts share it.
- No buy or sell recommendations.
