A rejected request and submitting again
When a request is rejected, its status shows “Rejected” with the reason, sometimes with a note from the Raghdan team.
Reasons and what to do
| Reason shown | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The entity was not shown to be a company or establishment | The register extract does not show it | Attach a clear, recent commercial register extract |
| Your capacity to represent the establishment was not shown | You are not named in the register and no authorisation was attached | Choose “Delegate with an authorisation letter” and attach the letter |
| The number is not registered with ZATCA | The number does not appear on ZATCA’s official service | Check the number on your certificate |
| The name registered with ZATCA does not match | The registered name differs from the establishment | Make sure the certificate matches the register |
| A document is not readable | A document could not be read | Upload it again at higher quality |
| The documents do not match the details entered | Numbers or names differ | Review the VAT and establishment numbers |
Submitting again
- 1Open the “VAT Registration” card.
- 2Tap “Submit a new request”.
- 3Fix what the reason mentions and attach the documents again.
- 4Tap “Submit for review”.
Earlier decisions stay on Raghdan’s record; the previous request is not erased from the review history.
