After you submit
Your request goes to the Raghdan team. The review is manual: the team checks the documents and looks the number up on ZATCA’s official service. The request cannot be edited while it is under review.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Not documented | No request submitted yet | Submit a documentation request |
| Pending verification | The request is under review | Wait — the result appears on your profile |
| Verified | All three checks passed; the number is documented on Raghdan | Nothing — documentation is complete |
| Rejected | One of the checks did not pass | Read the reason and submit a new request |
The three checks
- 1The entity is a company or establishment according to the commercial register extract.
- 2You have capacity to represent it.
- 3The number is registered with ZATCA under a matching name.
A request is approved only when all three pass.
Where to see the result
On the “VAT Registration” card and in “Establishment & VAT documentation” inside Business Information, with the submission and decision dates.
