Using your documented VAT details on Raghdan invoices
Documenting your VAT number is meant for using it on Raghdan’s tax invoices for the service fees your establishment pays.
Current status
The new tax-invoice system is being prepared and is not active yet. When it is switched on, we will announce it on “Raghdan Platform Updates” and in this article.
How it will work once active
- The customer section of the invoice will show your establishment’s name, VAT number and register number — when your number is “Verified” and your establishment paid the service fee.
- Without a documented number, the VAT field does not appear at all; no substitute number is printed.
- An issued invoice does not change if your number is documented afterwards.
Tip
If your establishment is VAT-registered, document your number before paying service fees, so it is ready when invoices are switched on.
