What does the bulletin contain?
How an issue is structured
Every issue starts with a front cover and ends with a back cover. Between them are seven sections — only those with content for the month appear.
1. Front cover
Large image + issue title + issue number + month and year. The cover is the first thing every reader sees.
2. Market news
The biggest stories from the Saudi real estate market that month. Each piece gets a full page with supporting photos and concise editorial text.
3. Member properties
Curated listings from the Raghdan database, with hand-picked photos, key details (location, type, price), and a direct link to the property page.
4. Blog articles
The month's top articles, summarized and presented in magazine style, with a link to read the full piece.
5. Market indicators
Analytical cards on the market index, district prices, and price-per-square-meter averages — each linking to deeper data.
6. Ads
Up to three sponsored cards per issue. When empty, an "Advertise here" placeholder is shown.
7. Back cover
A simple closing card with the issue number and an invitation to read the next issue.
Numbering and cadence
- Every issue has a sequential number (Issue 1, 2, 3, ...)
- A new issue is released at the start of each month
- Past issues stay available in the archive
