Can it hear me when I am not talking to it?

No. The microphone opens only when you press the call button, and closes when you end the call or close the page.

Why does it say it does not know me?

Because you are not signed in, or your session has expired. Sign in again.

Why is the microphone not working?

Usually because permission is denied in your browser for this site, or because another call is still open in a second window.

Are my conversations saved?

Yes, the text chat is saved so you can return to it.

Is its information always correct?

It answers from the Help Center and from platform data, and it can be wrong. For regulatory and financial matters rely on the official source or open a support ticket.

Which language does it reply in?

The language of your question, Arabic or English.

Can it perform an action on my account?

It does nothing to your account except open a support ticket when you ask. See "What the assistant knows about you, and what it never does".
