Opening a Support Request via Raghdan WhatsApp Bot
If you are away from the platform and cannot sign in at that moment, you can open a support ticket straight from WhatsApp through Raghdan Bot.
The basic requirement
The WhatsApp number you message us from must be registered on Raghdan. If it is not, no ticket is created and the bot will direct you to contact us by phone.
Steps
1) Start the conversation
Send a message to Raghdan Bot on WhatsApp containing any of these words:
- support
- ticket
- Or in Arabic: دعم, تذكرة, شكوى
2) Email activation if needed
If your account has no activated email address, the bot asks you to send it first and then sends a verification code to confirm it. This is required so ticket updates can reach you later.
3) Describe the issue
The bot asks you to describe your issue or question in the next message. Write it clearly in a single message.
4) Receive your ticket number
Once sent, the bot confirms the ticket was opened and gives you:
- The ticket number
- A summary of your description
- The ticket status
- A direct link to follow it on the platform
Details of a WhatsApp-created ticket
- It is opened with Medium priority and the General inquiry category.
- Its number starts with TKT-WA to mark its origin.
- It appears with the rest of your tickets in the Support section of your profile.
What happens next?
The ticket is handled exactly like any other: the support team reviews it, and replies and notifications reach you the same way.
💡 To reply to the support team and attach files, open your ticket on the platform — replies and attachments are managed from the ticket page.
Important notes
- Files cannot be attached when opening a ticket from WhatsApp.
- If you already have an open ticket, follow it instead of opening a new one for the same subject.
