How to Edit Account Information?
Before You Start
- You must have an active account on Raghdan platform
- Log in and go to your profile
Accessing Your Profile
From the top of the page, press your account icon (your photo or default icon) then select "Profile" or "Settings". You'll be taken to your profile page where you can edit all your information.
What You Can Edit
1. Cover Photo (Large Background Image)
The first thing you'll see in your profile is the large cover photo at the top. This photo is visible to everyone who visits your public profile.
To change it:
- Press on the current cover photo or the edit icon
- Select a new image from your device
- A horizontal, high-resolution image is preferred (e.g., a photo of your real estate office or one of your projects)
- The photo will update immediately
2. Profile Photo (Avatar)
Your profile photo appears as a small circle over the cover photo. When you hover your mouse over it (or tap on mobile), a camera icon will appear with a "Change Photo" label.
To change it:
- Hover your mouse over the circular profile photo
- A camera icon will appear — press it
- Select a new image from your device
- A clear face photo or business logo is preferred
- The photo will update immediately
3. Name (Arabic and English)
You can edit your name that appears in your profile and all your listings. The name is entered in two languages:
- Arabic name — displayed when browsing the site in Arabic
- English name — displayed when browsing the site in English
Make sure the name matches your real estate license information.
4. Description
You can write a brief description about yourself or your real estate business. This description appears on your public profile and helps clients learn about your expertise and specializations.
Tips for a good description:
- Mention your real estate specialization (selling, renting, marketing, etc.)
- Mention the area or city you operate in
- Mention years of experience or number of deals
- Keep it concise and professional
5. Location on Map
You can set or update your location on Google Maps. This location appears on your public profile and helps clients find your business.
To update the location:
- Press the location icon or location edit button
- A Google Maps interactive map will open
- Select your new location by pressing on the map or searching
- After selection, the location will update automatically in both Arabic and English — the city and neighborhood names update in both languages without manual entry
Important Notes
- The phone number registered to your account cannot be changed — the number you registered with is your permanent number on the platform.
- Make sure your name matches your real estate license information.
- High-quality photos give a better professional impression.
- Accurate location helps clients find you.
Common Issues
- Photo won't upload: Check the image size (under 10MB) and format (JPG, PNG).
- Location doesn't update: Wait a few seconds after selecting the new location then save changes.
- Name doesn't match license: Edit the name to match your Fal license data.
