How can I request a follow-up from Raghdan?

If you would like the Raghdan team to come back to you about your feedback, you can ask for that inside the survey itself.

The steps

   Complete the survey up to the last question: would you like the Raghdan team to contact you about your feedback?

   Choose Yes.

   Enter the mobile number you want us to reach you on. This field is required.

   The name is optional — add it if you like, or skip it.

   Press Send.

What happens after you submit?

• Your response is saved first, and the follow-up request is recorded with it.
• Your request appears to Raghdan's customer service team in the customer satisfaction follow-up system.
• The team reads your note and rating before making contact, so you are not asked to explain it all again.
• The team may reach out to you about what you raised in your response.

One small tip

The clearer your note, the faster and more useful the follow-up — so briefly say what happened and what you expected instead.
