How to Add a Real Estate Listing?

Before You Start

• Sign in to your account.
• Have your advertising licence number from the Real Estate General Authority ready (10 digits).
• Your account must hold a national ID number (added when you verify through Nafath) or a commercial register number, for the ad licence to be matched against.

Step 1: Open “Add your listing”

From the top navigation bar press “Services”, then choose “Add your listing” — list your property for sale or rent.

Step 2: Enter the advertising licence number

On the “Add Property” page enter the 10-digit advertising licence number. Verification starts automatically once all digits are entered:

• The number must start with 71 or 72.
• A 71 licence (individual broker) is matched against the national ID number on your account.
• A 72 licence (establishments and owners) is matched against the commercial register number or the national ID number on your account.

When verification succeeds, a success message appears and the property data is pulled from the licence automatically (location, area and details). Press “Next”.

Step 3: Photos, video and virtual tour

• Add one to 10 photos. Every photo is checked automatically; “Next” stays disabled until checking finishes and any rejected photo is removed. See How to upload property photos.
• You can add one video and one virtual tour (a link); both are optional.
• You can edit approved photos and the video with the built-in editors.

Step 4: About the property (optional)

Write an additional description of up to 3,000 characters. You may skip this step.

Step 5: Preview and publish

Review the listing in “Property Preview”, then press “Publish Property”. A confirmation appears and you are taken to your listing’s page.

Moving between steps and your draft

• Go back with “Previous” and forward with “Next” without losing your photos or details.
• The browser keeps what you entered for each licence number separately: reopen the listing with the same licence number and you continue where you left off.
• Another listing’s data is never deleted to make room. If the browser cannot save, a message says so — in that case do not reload the page before moving to the next step or publishing.
• Approved photos are kept on Raghdan’s servers. The video and virtual tour are kept in the same browser until publishing, so publish from the same browser you added them in.
• After publishing, only the published listing’s data is cleared from the browser.

Important Notes

• The listing is published as soon as you press “Publish Property” — there is no manual review.
• A licence number already used by another active listing, or an expired licence, is not accepted.
• Complete listings with photos, video and a description present better to visitors.

Common Issues

• “The licence number must start with 71 or 72”: check the number on the Authority’s platform.
• “The licence does not match…”: the licence was issued to an ID or register other than the one on your account.
• “No ID or commercial register number is registered for this account”: verify your account or add your establishment details first.
• “This licence number is already registered”: an active listing already uses it.
• “The advertisement validity date has expired”: renew the advertising licence on the Authority’s platform.
• “At least one photo is required before publishing”: go back to the photos step and add one.
