How to Start a Voice Call, and What You Need

   Sign in to your account.

   Open the assistant.

   Press the microphone button.

   Allow your browser to use the microphone when it asks.

You can also start a call directly from the "Voice Assistant" button on the homepage.

During the call

• A moving ribbon takes the place of the text field, with a mute button and an end button beside it.
• Typing is disabled, and your existing conversation stays visible above the ribbon.
• The call ends when you press the end button or close the page.

If the call does not start

• If you deny microphone permission the call cannot start. Enable it in your browser settings for this site and try again.
• If another call is open in a second window, end it first — the platform does not allow two calls at once.
• If you are not signed in, a message will ask you to sign in.
